CIAA participates in ANUGA 2003

How does Europe's innovation performance compare with other parts of the world? How will EFSA act as a driver for innovation? How does R&D; allow the food industry to better anticipate and respond to consumer needs? All these questions will be on the agenda of the conference organised at ANUGA 2003 on October 14 by the CIAA in close co-operation with the BLL-BVE ( German federation for food law and food science and German food industry federation). The ANUGA is one of the most important food fairs in the world with over 160 000 visitors and 6000 exhibitors from around 100 different countries.
