CIAA Memorandum to the Finnish Presidency of the EU

This Memorandum aims to move forward the priorities, objectives and commitments of the EU food and drink industry in such a way as to maintain its competitiveness, and at the same time contribute to the success of the Finnish EU Presidency.
The Finnish EU Presidency has already highlighted a number of areas where it wishes to concentrate efforts over the next six months.
Many priorities such as Trade Policy and Economic Efficiency are tied into and related to the priorities of the European food and drink industry. CIAA will work closely with the new Presidency to ensure that progress on these priorities, linked with our own priorities is indeed achieved.
